Cannot Connect To Exchange Journal Account
Connectivity to Exchange IMAP Service
The IMAP Service on your Exchange Server must be started.
To check this, drop to the command prompt on the
MailArchiva server and type "telnet exchange.company.com 143".
If you do not get a response, it could mean:
a) The IMAP service is not started on the Exchange server.
In the services control panel applet on the server running the Exchange Server, start the Exchange IMAP service.
b) There is a firewall or networking issue preventing you from seeing the Exchange server
Failed To Connect Due to Authentication / TLS Connection
Your Exchange Server's connection settings may be configured differently.
We recommend experimenting with different connection modes (Insecure, TLS, TLS when available and SSL).
If you fail to get it to work in all of the modes, it may be configuration problem with Exchange's TLS settings. To isolate the problem,
please download Mozilla Thunderbird and setup an IMAP connection to Exchange's journal account. If you are able
to connect using Thunderbird, please contact us and we will try to get to the bottom of it. If you are unable to connect,
the problem is most likely an issue with the way in which your Exchange server is configured.
